NEW YORK (Reuters) - Under pressure from shareholders, companies are likely to disclose more details of the role compensation consultants play in setting executive pay, beginning in this spring's proxy season.
The calls for more disclosure come as investors become increasingly irate about pay packages that don't match stock gains.
