A Look at One Sexual Harassment Suit
After much deliberation and soul searching I feel, as a woman, I need to speak out. What I am talking about is the PRC's response to Public Regulation Commissioner David King's verdict in the sexual harassment suit brought against him by former PRC employee Wyle Green. I find Chairman Ben Ray Lujan's statements ludicrous. Although he and the other commissioners condemned King's conduct, they said it would be King's decision if he wanted to remain a commissioner. Lujan also stated they asked King if this sexual harassment suit would affect his ability to serve his constituents. Maybe I misunderstood. Is King the victim here? Alamogordo Daily News
