Being unemployed -- with no place to go each day -- can get anyone down. And a natural temptation is to sit there and obsess on how bad things are. But a new study finds that women who start exercising say they have more energy and are in better moods than when they're couch potatoes.

Yes it is not what I want, and I am really getting tired of all the promises, NO I do not blame the President but the mess that was left from the former president, he did a wonderful job spending our money!!!!!!!!!!!!! and starting a war,I did not ask for that, A WAR!? so many have died and I ask for what,,a war we never asked for I quesiton where so many quesitons are still being asked and when asked they point to him.
