Survey: Companies Still Face Staffing Challenges

A survey of some 2,700 employers finds top concerns are providing competitive compensation, maintaining productivity levels and retaining top talent. Employers hope to retain workers by offering more flex work, increasing training and promising future pay raises and promotions.
