More About Me
Alicia Morgan is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and a graduate of Tuskegee University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering. She also holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering with a Manufacturing Minor from New Mexico State University. She is an Engineering professional with 6 years of experience possessing strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills including technical expertise and leadership. She is a former employee of The Boeing Commercial Airplanes Company as an Installation Analysis Engineer in the Propulsion Systems Division. Her responsibilities there included risk management and failure analysis. Currently, she works at Raytheon in McKinney, Texas as a Process Engineer in Circuit Card Assembly Manufacturing. Her current responsibilities include Continuous Process Improvements as well as Capital Asset Management. In her spare time she enjoys mentoring, exercising, creative writing and the performing arts.
